Oh yes, it’s a wintry drink to warm the cockles of your heart. This is my favourite recipe for mulled wine. Let us know if you love it, hate it, or have a special recipe of your own.

Oh shit,

So, for anybody else as stupid as me, what happens if you don’t follow the recipe properly and grate the orange peel instead of throwing in big chunks of it as instructed is that you end up with lots of floating little bits which make everything taste gritty, and you have to pour it through a sieve before you can drink it!
